Real Talks for Real Life is a free community program designed to help students grow into confident, capable leaders.
Through practical workshops, honest conversations, and interactive events, students will build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop real-life leadership skills they can use at school, at home, and in their community.
We believe leadership development works best when families and the community are involved. We also offer sessions for parents and caregivers, providing practical tools to support their teens’ growth and well-being.
What’s the Commitment?
6 Monthly Youth Workshops
We're inviting experienced Youth Leadership Experts to lead engaging sessions focused on real-world leadership skills.
Students will learn how to lead with empathy, work well with and care for others, navigate conflict, care for their mental health, and stay steady under pressure.
Held on the first Friday of each month.
Parent & Caregiver Workshops
These two sessions will offer practical guidance for raising confident, resilient teens and supporting leadership growth at home.
Held on April 10 and August 21
Interactive Youth Events
Sports Community Nights, Art With Purpose Nights, and a Community BBQ, where students have fun and put their leadership learnings into action.
