SERVE Team: Audio/ Visual (Front of House)

We are looking for people with technical skills and a creative passion for Front of House (FOH) production. If you are gifted in this area we invite you to prayerfully consider joining our SERVE team.

This team helps deliver God’s message through all things production at Front of House!

As a FOH SERVE team member, you can serve in different positions - audio engineering, media operation, lighting, or stage management.

It is our hope that this team will not only use their gifts to enable further outreach, but also to create a space of spiritual encouragement where community and friendships can grow.

Audio Team

Are you passionate about creating exceptional live sound experiences and supporting musicians on stage? Join our dynamic audio team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Bayview Glen’s unforgettable worship experiences. Responsibilities include:

- Stage Setup: Organizing and preparing the stage to ensure a great morning experience for the musicians on the worship team.

- Equipment Logistics: Coordinating the safe placement and storage of audio equipment.

- In-Ear Monitor Mixing: Crafting clear, balanced mixes that help musicians perform at their best.

- Sound Checks & Rehearsals: Helping with sound checks and rehearsals to fine tune the service before doors open.

- Full-Service Mixing: Delivering sonically pleasing, balanced mixes that elevate the service and live stream experiences.

Time Commitment:
At least once per month; Sunday from 6:30AM to 1:15PM

Visual Team

Are you passionate about crafting immersive visual experiences that elevate every service? At Bayview Glen, our media team is the creative force behind our services, responsible for designing and operating all media and lighting elements—from dynamic song lyric presentations and innovative lighting designs to compelling on-screen visuals and clear announcements.

If you have an eye for detail and a passion for creating atmospheres that resonate with our community, we invite you to join our team and help transform the way our services look and feel.

Time Commitment:
At least once per month; Sunday from 6:30AM to 1:00PM
